Legs Precision laser cut steel, continuously welded inside and outside to horn base. Wheels mounted outside for optimum stability. Wheels Bolted type industrial duty with heavy-duty bearings; automotive type tapered roller bearings with grease seals standard in 16" and 18" sizes, straight roller bearings in all others.
