** Important! ** A pole tent must be secured by ropes and stakes driven into the ground. Therefore, it is best to set up your pole tent on grassy or dirt areas unless you're permitted to stake into the concrete or asphalt surfaces. For staking into the hard surface, you will need additional hardware, which is NOT included in this package.
ITEM NEEDS TO BE ANCHORED TO GROUND TO HOLD AGAINST WIND. It’s very important to anchor your tent to the ground with Tie Down Kits, Ground Bars and Heavy Duty Pegs even in the calmest weather conditions. This item should not be used as a permanent structure. Since this item is a temporary structure, it is recommended that you do not leave this item unattended during inclement weather (i.e. rain, sleet, hail, snow, wind, and ice) and assembled overnight. This item is not manufactured to withstand the weight of any form of precipitation left on the top of the unit. Immediately remove accumulated rain water, snow or ice from the roof with a broom, mop or towels. If you fail to do so, the manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by heavy loads of rain, snow or ice on the roof. Not recommended to be used during below freezing weather.
